I'll admit I was surprised when Lacie & Austin told me they wanted to do an engagement photography session on the beach right in the middle of winter! These love birds met on UNE's campus and they wanted their engagement photos taken on the anniversary of Austin's proposal at Freddy Beach.
I've grown quite fond of Freddy Beach in Biddeford, Maine since I began working for the University of New England and I was excited to be their engagement photographer.
They wanted a natural and relaxed session so we worked on poses that would lead to real moments.
They were such great sports and we were blessed with a relatively warm and sunny evening.
I think they brought the heat! ;)
The beach is a great spot if you don't want snow in your photos. Just a few steps away from the beach and we had an entirely different backdrop.
